Bibliotek
NUPIs bibliotek har litteratur om norsk og internasjonal utenrikspolitikk, diplomati og internasjonale forhold generelt. Samlingen ble startet i 1961 og inneholder det meste som er skrevet om norske interesser i utlandet etter krigen. Biblioteket er åpent for publikum alle hverdager i ordinær kontortid, og for å bli registrert som låner trenger vi kun et id-kort med bilde. Lånetid er standard 30 dager. Biblioteket har to fulltidsansatte bibliotekarer og en bibliotekassistent en dag i uken, som jobber med å gjøre litteratur og informasjon tilgjengelig for brukerne via vår bibliotekkatalog.

NUPIs bibliotekkatalog:
Bibliotekkatalogen inneholder 90 000 dokumenter og er tilgjengelig for søk på Internett slik at den kan nås uansett hvor man er. Man må imidlertid møte opp i NUPIs lokaler for å få låne. Dersom du er tilknyttet en institusjon med eget bibliotek, kan du be om å låne bøker fra oss som interbiblioteklån (fjernlån).

NUPIs institusjonsarkiv:
Biblioteket har ansvar for at NUPIs publikasjoner blir arkivert i NUPI Brage. NUPI Brage er et institusjonelt arkiv hvor publikasjonene blir elektronisk tilgjengelige på internett. Websidene til NUPI er fullt integrert med Brage og alle dokumenter som vi har rettighetene til kan lastes ned i fulltekstversjon herfra.
