Summary

Stein Kristiansen is a professor at the School of Business and Law at University of Agder (UiA). He works part-time with NUPI’s group on climate and energy. Kristiansen has 40 years of experience working with Southeast Asia and currently has a main research interest in energy transition in ASEAN. Kristiansen is also an honorary professor at Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia. He teaches development economics and makes research mostly on issues related to governance and innovation. He holds a PhD from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
