Summary

Altynai Telenova is a visiting research fellow at NUPI and part of the Climate and Energy Research Group. Her academic interests include climate change adaptation and mitigation, environmental governance, and water management. 

Altynai obtained her master's degree from the OSCE Academy in Economic Governance and Development program in 2024. She conducted her master thesis project on how the well-being of households is affected by climate change and water accessibility by employing econometric models to analyze the Life in Kyrgyzstan household survey 2019 data.
