I kjølvatnet av Ukrainia-konflikten gjer den austlege vektoren i russisk politikk seg meir gjeldande. Kva følgjer har det for russisk innen- og utanrikspolitikk? Kva seier det oss om internasjonal politikk meir allment? Velkommen til ein dag med diskusjon om utsikter for russisk austvending.
Årets russlandskonferanse er ein oppsummeringskonferanse for prosjektet TIGER («Trade Integration, Geopolitics and the Economy of Russia»), finansiert av NORRUSS-programmet og «Developments in the Russian Far East», finansiert av Utanriksdepartementet. 2016-konferansen er også støtta av Korea Foundation gjennom prosjektet «Gateway or Garrisson? The Russian Far East and East Asian regional cooperation in changing geopolitical timest».
